Major Pharmaceutical Division Signs Contract with Triangle Analytical, Inc.

Cary, NC February 1, 2004— Triangle Analytical, Inc. announces the signing of a major contract providing magnet cryogen servicing for the US prescription drug unit of a leading research-based health care enterprise that ranks among the world's leaders in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. Due to contractual obligations, the name of the organization and terms of the contract are not to be disclosed.
